How to fix the license issue:
You can do one of the following options:
1/4. Reset your plugin data
Go to Settings
Click Reset the plugin data
Activate your license again
2/4. Check the latest version
Please make sure you are using the latest version. You can update it in this link.
Check the version number on the title of the application window.
3/4. Download beta version
Sometimes, the official gets a problem (Cannot connect to the Google server) and I am not able to update immediately in the Autodesk Store. The best method is to create a new beta version. You can download the BETA VERSION here.
Please remove the official version before installing the beta version. Do ONE of the following options:
Go to "Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features" and find the app installer to remove
Go to "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins" then delete the folder "ExportToOneDWGfile.bundle" or "SheetsToDwg.bundle" or both if any
4/4. Change license to a new computer
